Intelix

About Intelix

Intelix is an independent advisory and operating practice based in Amsterdam. We help investment firms and the companies they own turn data, analytics and AI into results that show up in the accounts.

Who we are

Intelix is owner-led. The person who scopes the work is accountable for delivering it. Our background is in running data and AI programmes inside investment firms and their portfolio companies, in technology due diligence, and in building data and analytics teams that deliver at scale.

For larger or more specialised work, we bring in senior specialists from our network: portfolio-company AI leaders, AI due-diligence experts and data scientists. Each joins for the part of the work they are best at, under one lead and one agreement.

What we believe

  1. AI is worth what it changes in the accounts. Usage and demos come before that, and they are not the goal.
  2. The business side usually has more to change than the technology. Process, roles and incentives come before tools.
  3. A small team that proves one result earns the budget for the next ten.
  4. The capability belongs to the client. A programme that depends on us after it ends has not finished.
  5. Being honest about what AI cannot do builds trust faster than a polished pitch.
  6. Stopping an initiative that is not working is a result, and we report it as one.

Where we work

We are based in Amsterdam and work across Europe and beyond, with clients in several countries.

We work on site when the work needs it: workshops, proof-of-value sprints and leadership sessions happen in the room. Analysis and build work happens wherever the team is.

How we are set up

Intelix is registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KVK 95541578). We are independent and owner-run.

We work with clients directly, and with consulting firms that bring us in for specialist data and AI work. Engagements take three forms: fixed-scope projects, transformation sprints, and leadership engagements with agreed outcomes.
