1Who we are
This website (inteli-x.com) is run by Intelix, a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) registered in the Netherlands with the Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 95541578. Intelix is the controller for the personal data described in this policy. The registered owner of Intelix is listed in the public Commercial Register (Handelsregister), which anyone can consult at kvk.nl using this number.

2What this policy covers
This policy covers personal data we process when you visit this website or email us. If we work together, the agreement for that work sets out any further processing.
3Visiting this website
This website uses no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no fonts or scripts loaded from other companies, and no contact forms.
To send you a page, the servers that host the site process technical data: your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver the page and protect the site from misuse.
We do not keep access logs. Our hosting provider may process this data briefly for security and network operations.
4Emailing us
When you email us, we receive your name, email address, the content of your message, any attachments and the details in your signature. We use this to reply, to discuss possible work and to keep a record of our correspondence.
If we go on to work together, we also process the contact and billing details needed to run the engagement and to keep our accounts.

Where we rely on legitimate interest, you can object at any time (see section 9).
6How long we keep data
We do not keep website access logs.
We keep email correspondence for as long as it serves the purpose it was sent for, such as an ongoing conversation, a possible engagement or a working relationship. Records of engagements and invoices are kept for at least 7 years, as Dutch tax law requires.
7Who processes data for us
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. We use these service providers, under data processing terms:
- Amazon Web Services, for hosting and delivering this website. Site files are stored in the EU (Ireland). Pages are delivered through a global network, so a request may be served from a location near you.
- Google, for business email (Google Workspace).
- Our accountant, for bookkeeping and tax filings, when correspondence relates to an engagement or invoice.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it, for example to the tax authority.
8Transfers outside the EU
Amazon Web Services and Google are part of US-based groups, so data may be transferred to, or accessed from, the United States. Both are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and both include the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses in their data processing terms.
9Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use or send it to you in a portable format. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email info@inteli-x.com. We reply within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
If you think we have handled your data wrongly, please tell us first so we can fix it. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens), autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl, or to the supervisory authority in your own EU country.
10Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) for this website, two-factor authentication on our accounts, and access limited to the people who need it.
11Changes
We will update this policy if the website or our processing changes. The effective date at the top shows the current version.
