We take one function or process, design how it should run with AI inside it, and test that design on live work with the people who do it. What holds up moves into budgets, service levels and targets. What does not hold up is stopped early.

Fractional Leadership

Senior AI and technology leadership for a defined programme, with specialists behind it.

Many investment firms and mid-sized companies need a senior AI and technology leader before they can justify or find a full-time hire. We take on that agenda as a defined engagement with agreed outcomes. An Intelix lead is accountable for the result and brings in specialists from our network when a topic needs them.

Venture Building & Research

We build new ventures with operators and researchers, and study how AI changes the way firms run.

Part of our time goes into work no client has asked for yet. We co-found and incubate ventures with experienced operators and researchers. We also research how firms organise when much of their work can be handed to AI systems. What we learn here goes back into client work.
